The Expression of <t>ABCG2</t> at mRNA Level in MCF-7 Derived Breast Cancer Cell Lines. ABCG2 mRNA level is compared between drug resistance cell line MCF-7/MX and its parental non-resistance MCF-7 cells. Real-time RT-PCR analysis was performed on total RNA extracted from cells.
